To better serve everyone, I’ve restructured my coaching plans into three clear levels, each designed to meet you exactly where you are in your running journey.

1. Race Ready

Our Race Ready Program

A collection of training programs, all tailored to certain abilities and events

Structured plans from training to race day without committing to a monthly program.
A complete training plan delivered through Training Peaks, carefully designed to build your endurance and strength while keeping you resilient and injury-free. Every run session is purposeful, focusing on trail-specific performance, while integrated strength & conditioning exercises help you maintain stability and power throughout your training.

Includes:

    We are always developing more plans, currently we have 50 km, 100 km, 100 miles, UTMB and Lakeland 50/100 plans available.

This includes access to TrainingPeaks Premium, which provides advanced analytics to track your performance, monitor training stress, and identify areas for improvement.
You’ll also have access to the full Race Ready training library, giving you flexibility and variety in your workouts.
To help you get started confidently, you’ll also receive a detailed PDF guide that walks you through Performance+ and shows you how to make the most of the resources available.

The ultimate, fully personalised 1 to 1 coaching experience. Tailored specifically to your goals, fitness level, race calendar, and lifestyle, ensuring every session is meaningful and effective. Your plan evolves with you, with regular updates and adjustments based on your feedback, so you’re always moving toward your best performance. Strength & Conditioning are fully integrated into your running program, and you’ll have unlimited access to a coach.

Beyond Coaching also includes comprehensive pre- and post-race strategies, along with expert guidance on kit, nutrition, and recovery, ensuring you get the most from every event.

This plan is for runners who want expert guidance, accountability, and a coach who adapts to their needs every step of the way.
