  • Yes! We work with runners of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced ultra runners. Our plans and coaching programmes are tailored to your experience level, goals, and fitness, helping you build endurance, strength, and confidence safely.

  • Absolutely. Our coaching and digital training plans are fully accessible worldwide. Whether you live in the UK, Europe, or beyond, you can follow your plan through Training Peaks or our coaching portal, and communicate with your coach online.

  • It depends on your goals and availability. We can design programmes for the time-crunched athlete, making sure key workouts are prioritized. Most athletes see benefits with at least 6 hours of activity per week, but plans are flexible to suit your schedule.

  • Yes. Our monthly coaching plan is ideal for athletes with unpredictable schedules. Workouts can be adjusted weekly, so if something comes up, you can notify us and we’ll re-program your plan to fit your availability.

  • Each workout comes with detailed instructions and video guidance. If you use a Garmin or other tracking device, it will provide progress percentages, but the best indicator is how you feel. Our coaches are always available to answer questions and provide feedback to make sure you’re performing exercises safely and effectively.

  • While we build strength, conditioning, and mobility into all plans to reduce injury risk, accidents happen. If you get injured, we recommend visiting a doctor or sports physio before resuming training. Coaching can be paused and restarted when you are ready, ensuring you stay on track safely.

  • Absolutely. If you’re new to Training Peaks, we provide a step-by-step guide in your welcome email to help you set up your account and access your plan. We also include links to Training Peaks tutorials, and our coaches are always available if you need help navigating the platform.

Services

  • Once you purchase a plan or coaching package, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details you need to get started. For digital plans, this includes your Training Peaks instructions and login information. For 1:1 coaching, your coach will reach out to schedule your intro call and go through your intake form.

  • All training plans are delivered via Training Peaks. Once purchased, you’ll receive login instructions and all the details you need to get started immediately. For 1:1 coaching, your coach will reach out via email to begin the onboarding process.

  • Yes. We offer discounts for NHS staff, emergency services, and military personnel. We also run a 15% referral scheme — refer a friend, and you both get 15% off as long as you remain active athletes.

  • Digital training plans and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If there is a technical issue or duplicate charge, contact us and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • We’re sad to see you go! Cancelling is easy your regular payment will be stopped, and your plan remains active until the end of that billing period.

  • For monthly coaching or Performance+ subscriptions, there is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time, and your plan or subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. For multi-week or race-specific plans, you commit to the duration of that plan.

  • Yes. If you experience illness, injury, or need a short break, you can pause your coaching or subscription. Contact us directly, and we’ll adjust your plan so you can pick up where you left off without losing progress.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, as well as Direct Debits. We can not accept American Express as this time.

  • Beyond Ultra does not guarantee specific results. Training plans are designed to improve performance, but individual results may vary depending on fitness, adherence, and other factors.

  • Testimonials or case studies are illustrative and not guarantees of outcome.

5. Use of Digital Products

  • All training plans, workouts, PDFs, and content remain the property of Beyond Ultra and are for your personal use only.

  • Sharing, distributing, or reselling any digital products is prohibited.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Refunds for technical errors or duplicates may be considered at the company’s discretion.

7. 1:1 Coaching / Custom Programs

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information via intake forms before starting coaching.

  • Beyond Ultra is not liable for injury or adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical or physical information.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Beyond Ultra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Ultra from any claims related to your use of the site, plans, or coaching.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, videos, and plans, is owned by Beyond Ultra. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

11. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can be used to purchase any products or services available on the Beyond Ultra website.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards must be redeemed in full or in accordance with the remaining balance — any unused balance will remain on the card.

  • Beyond Ultra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

  • Gift cards are valid for [insert period, e.g., 12 months] from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Redemption of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Updates to Terms

  • Beyond Ultra may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of any changes.

    Beyond Ultra Race Recovery Guarantee

    We believe in our athletes and their potential — but sometimes, things don’t go to plan. If you are a coached athlete with us for at least 4 months and DNF (Did Not Finish) a race, we’ll give you 2 months of free coaching to help you regroup, rebuild, and come back stronger.

    Conditions:

  • Must have been actively coached by Beyond Ultra for a minimum of 4 months prior to the race.

  • Applies only to 1:1 coaching by Beyond Ultra coaches.

  • Free coaching period starts immediately after notification and will follow the same structure as your current plan.

  • Not transferable to another athlete or product.

  • How it works:

    1. Notify your coach that you DNF’d your race.

    2. Confirm eligibility (active coaching >4 months).

    3. We activate 2 months of free coaching tailored to your next race or training focus.
