Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you’ve completed a marathon or regularly run 25–30 miles, and feel confident with long efforts, a 50K is achievable. Trail experience helps.

  • Consider terrain, elevation, race support, and logistics. Pick a course that matches your experience and goals.
