Our 1:1 run coaching programs are built to make you Adventureproof—ready for anything the trail or mountains throw your way. Running in remote, rugged terrain takes more than fitness. It demands resilience, smart decision-making, and the skills to look after yourself when conditions change.
Through personalised coaching, we’ll help you build strength, endurance, and self-reliance—so you can run further, safer, and with more confidence in the mountains. Whether you're preparing for an ultramarathon or just starting your off-road journey, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Our 1:1 coaching program is built to do more than just get you across the finish line—it’s designed to help you exceed your expectations. Whether you're aiming for your first marathon or training for an epic 100- or 200-mile ultramarathon, we tailor every step of the process to your goals, experience, and lifestyle.
Step 1: Tell Us About You

Step 2: Free Video Consultation
We’ll hop on a video call to discuss your running goals, training needs, and what success looks like for you.
Step 3: TrainingPeaks Setup
We use TrainingPeaks to deliver your custom plan. You’ll get access to structured workouts, feedback, and clear tracking—all in one place.
Step 4: Your Plan Begins
We start by mapping out your first 3 weeks of training, followed by weekly updates so you always know what’s ahead. We adapt your plan regularly through check-ins and feedback sessions—because a happy runner is a strong runner.

We are based in the Forest of Dean. Our 1:1 Coaching plans are delivered remotely, meaning we can work with you and have regular chats when works best for you.

There is no limit! Whilst we can look into data from Training Peaks, nothing will beat a chat. From this we can continually adjust your plan, working around your life.

Fantastic! We love working with beginners and joining you on your journey. We coach athletes from beginners to podium-finishing ultra marathoners. Whatever your goal is, we want to help you get there.

We will be sad to see you go! We know that circumstances change. If you can no longer run then you are welcome to cancel anytime, however we appreciate a month’s notice when possible.

The process for this is much the same as the monthly plan.
Before our first call please Tell us about your fitness history HERE.
During that, we will discuss your running history, what you want from a coach, and your endurance goals.
Once we have worked out a starting place, we will set you up and link you to our Training Peaks. This will give us access to start planning your program. We will add every activity to your training program up to the length of the agreed program. We can also deliver the plan via a PDF file instead.
We will then have another call to discuss the program, and if you need any changes. After that, it is up to you!
16 Weeks: £70

We are based in South Wales. Our 1:1 Coaching plans are delivered remotely, meaning we can work with you and have regular chats when works best for you.

The difference between this plan and 1:1 coaching is that once we have created the 16/24 weeks of training, the rest is up to you! With 1:1 we can have weekly chats, and adjust the plan accordingly.
